Managing Director at Rimbun Bakti Resources Sdn Bhd (July 2025 - Present):

Represent company in high-level negotiations, meetings, and public engagements.

Present financial and operational reports to the Board of Directors/shareholders.

Coordinate activities across departments such as finance, operations, marketing, HR and sales.

General Manager at Rimbun Bakti Resources Sdn Bhd (November 2022 - July 2025):

Provided strategic leadership and direction to all departments to ensure operational
efficiency and business growth.

Led cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer
satisfaction goals.

Analyzed financial statements, project reports, and operational data to support decision-making and risk management.

Lecturer (October 2007 - November 2021):

Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions on statistical subjects

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of academic programmes

Dr. Naeimah Binti Mamat is an accomplished academic and researcher with expertise in statistics, data analysis, and environmental science. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil & Structural Engineering from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), awarded in 2024. She has contributed to multiple high-impact journals and conferences, including Frontiers in Environmental Science and Jurnal Kejuruteraan, alongside indexed proceedings such as PERSePADU.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Dr. Naeimah has been actively involved in leadership roles within industry. She currently holds the position of Managing Director since July 2025. Alongside her professional commitments, she has participated in numerous academic conferences, workshops, and training programmes that strengthen scholarly writing, postgraduate supervision, and data analysis skills.
